Champagne, English Sparkling wine, Red Burgundy including the famous 1er Cru and Grand Cru wines of the Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune, delicious Pinot Noir wines from New Zealand, Oregon, California, Chile, South Africa and Australia plus Pinot Gris from Alsace and northern Italy, rose style Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc whites.
This relaxed and fun evening tasting is a perfect sociable evening out while you taste and learn more about this key family of grapes!
At the end of this evening you will understand:
We learn by tasting so you get plenty of practice developing your nose and palate to better recognise characteristic aromas and flavours.
And we will bring plenty of food samples in the form of nibbles to try on the side so that you can experience the effect of pairing the right foods with these wines in the classroom.
