Although Pinot Noir is notoriously fussy about where it is grown, it prefers a cooler to moderate climate and a lot of attention (not unlike myself!)
However, the wines that it produces are some of the greatest and most expensive in the world!
Of the top 10 most expensive wines in the world over multiple vintages, 8 of the top 10 are from the home of Pinot Noir, Burgundy - Nuits St Georges anyone?
But it's not just the Burgundy classics we'll be looking at on this night, oh no! We'll see who else in the world is making Premium Noirs, USA. Central Otago in New Zealand and more...

Disclaimer - Much as i'd love to have you tasting a £10,000 Burgundy there is a strong chance this won't happen. However, we'll definitely have some stunners for you to try.
