Event Description
The French arguably make the best sparkling wine in the world – Champagne, but their counterparts in the New World are catching up fast with their own versions ... England included!
We will taste 6 sparkling wines from the New World, English included, and decide for ourselves once and for all which one deserves to be our favourite! This is an opportunity to taste high quality sparkling wines, made in the Traditional Method and in the Charmat Method.
PLUS this is also the chance to meet Goodworth Clatford Vineyards's owners, Cecilia and Mark, who will discuss with us the ups and downs of owning a vineyard and making award-winning English Sparkling Wines in Hampshire. All questions welcome!
