Our brand new food and wine pairing course. This time we are focussing on the guilty pleasures of the food world.
Week 1: Scottish Pies - Traditionally the Scotch Pie is best enjoyed with a cup of bovril. We are going to take this up a notch or two pairing 7 different Scottish pies with 7 wines.
Week 2: Crisps - There are many classic wine and food pairings from around the world. However, there's nothing we love more than a quiet night in with a glass of wine and a bag of crisps. This tasting pairs both the expected and unexpected.
Week 3: Chocolate - Just like wine, chocolate comes in a wide variety of colours and flavours, but did you know that when paired with wine it can create indulgent, adult only, combinations?
