Friday Wine Down - White, Pink and Red for Feb!

We’re bringing you a series of events, to help with food and wine pairings, and make that Friday evening, even better.

This is the time of year when we come out of winter hibernation and finish those silly "no booze January promises". We start to the think about 2022, what wines we'll enjoy, what we can try that is new, what healthy food to eat with our wine!

Doesn't matter whether you celebrate Valentines or not (we don't here), we'll send some easy recipes to try at home, whether cooking for a loved one or just yourself - they will be delicous and will pair with the wines.

We’re sending you lots of ideas, recipes so that you can enjoy everything from snacks to supper, plus, some cheese recommendations.

To save you buying loads of different wines and impose strict pairing rules, no pretentiousness here – we’re sending you 3 full bottles!

How it works:

• We’ll send you THREE WINES which will probably (but not definitely!) include some of these:
• A South African white wine, maybe a Chenin Blanc, with a touch of Viognier too! A new world white wine.
• A Spanish, rose from Rioja, thinking outside the usual red Rioja box. High ABV on those Spanish roses.
• A big indulgent red! Australia, Lebanon, Argentina, we'll find the best available for you to taste
• We’ll send you some recipe ideas.
• Then take us with you on your phone or tablet, we’ll taste the wines, explain why we love them and why we think they’re the best wines out there at this time!
