This evening is perfect for those new to wine or who want to understand the basics of wine tasting and be more prepared for Christmas.
We'll provide lots of helpful tips and insights to enhance your enjoyment and you will taste at least 6 delicious wines from around the world.
By the end of the evening you will have learned:
- How to sip, swirl and sniff like a professional
- How to identify aromas and flavours in wine
- About the influence of climate and weather
- The influence of oak and other wine-making techniques
- Which kind of wines are perfect over the Christmas season
All tastings include: minimum of 6 wines sourced locally so you can find them easily if you like them, full tasting notes, use of professional tastings glasses and nibbles.
