Event Description
Fancy a big bold red wine. Tonight is for you! We will taste at least six powerful, concentrated and lingering reds. Each wine partnered perfectly with cheese.
We'll taste powerful reds such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel (The real stuff!) Amarone style, Shiraz, and others.
The colour and structure of red wine is closely related to the physical composition of the grape variety, and especially its skin. However, red wines can also strongly reflect where they are grown, with warmer climates producing more full-bodied and more alcoholic wines.
Suitable for all abilities, no experience necessary.
