Simon Wheeler from London is the winner of The Oddbins Prize as a student not in the wine & spirit trade who achieved outstanding results in the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. Simon, who studied his WSET award at West London Wine School, is Digital Director at Beggars Group. He will receive funds to study a wine producing region of his choice.

Peter Bland from Sheffield is one of two winners of the Decanter Prize as a student who does not work in the wine and spirits trade but achieved outstanding results in his WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. Peter, who completed his WSET award at Birmingham Wine School, is looking to bring his experience from 20 years running a global aerospace business into a new opportunity in the wine and spirits industry. He receives a one year subscription to Decanter magazine and two tickets to the Decanter Fine Wine Encounter.

Norbert Pere from Edinburgh is the winner of the Gran Orden Caballeros del Vino Award as a student from the UK wine & spirit trade who achieved outstanding results in his WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. Norbert, who studied his WSET award at Lothian Wine School, is Trainee Manager at Majestic. He receives one year's Honorary Membership and a study trip to Spain, as a guest of the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino in association with Wines from Spain.

Oliver Coleman from Bath is the winner of the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux Prize as a student from the UK wine & spirit trade who achieved outstanding results in his WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. Oliver, who studied his WSET award at Clifton Wine School is Sales Assistant at Great Western Wines, and had his award collected by his colleague Emma Waterman, social media and communications manager for Enotria & Coe. He receives a place on a 3-day intensive education trip visiting some of the vineyards and wineries of Bordeaux, and attending a course at the Bordeaux Ecole du Vin as a guest of the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux.

Darren Ball from Sheldon is the winner of the Champagne Academy Prize as a student from the UK wine & spirit trade who achieved outstanding results in his WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. Darren, who studied his WSET award at South London Wine School is Bar Manager at The Ivy restaurant. He receives a place on the Champagne Academy study course and an invitation to join the Academy.

Julian, who studied his WSET award at West London Wine School, is Manager at Research and Innovation Services. He receives funds from WSET to study a wine producing region.

Rose Brookman from Bristol is the winner of the Delmain Cognac Prize as a student working in the UK wine & spirit trade who achieved outstanding results in her WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits. Rose, who studied her WSET award at Clifton Wine School, is Account Manager at East London Liquor Company. She will receive a study visit with Delamain Cognac.

Siri Vik from Beijing is the winner of The Laithwaite's UK Prize for achieving an outstanding result in her WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits. Siri, who studied her WSET award at Oxford Chelt Wine School, is a student at Oxford University but is completing a year in Beijing as part of her Chinese Studies course. She will receive funds from Laithwaite's to study a wine or spirit producing region of her choice.
