Event Description
Do you love cheese? Do you love wine? Are you a self-confessed 'foodie'?
If the answer to these 3 those questions is 'yes' then come and see us for this cheese and wine workshop. We will educate with you in the basic science behind cheese and wine pairings and give you the confidence to re-create delightful flavour combinations at home.
During the evening, you will be given the opportunity to try numerous wines and lots of different local and international cheeses. Our wines vary with the seasons but expect to see sparkling, fortified, and Norfolk wines. Whether you join us in Spring or Autumn, we promise you a balanced and interesting line up of wines.
Where possible, we use locally sourced cheese, from places including The Cheeseman on Norwich Market, and provide a selection of crackers and grapes for your enjoyment.
n.b. food allergies and intolerances can be catered for but please notify us in advance if you need adaptions.
