Our short specialist courses focus in depth on particular countries & wine regions with carefully selected wines that illustrate the aromas & tastes from the best wines of the area. 8/10 Week Introductory World Courses

Our most popular introductory course looking at a different wine country each evening. The course covers wines from Australia, France, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, Argentina and much more.

You will also learn how to taste like a professional, how to store & serve wine, & taste over 60 wines from the worlds top wine regions. We will also train your nose with our 54 Aroma Memory kits, and teach you how to recognise & describe the key aromas to be found in red & white wines.

Fine Wine Tastings

An exclusive opportunity to taste 6-8 of the best & rarest wines on the planet in one evening. Some bottles are extremely scarce and only produced in very limited quantities - the wines that the ‘super-rich’ have in their exclusive wine collections - often referred to as ‘Cult’ wines, ranging from £20 to £150 per bottle.

Food & Wine Evenings

On these evenings the emphasis is on the food as much as the wine. They include Food & Wine Workshops where you will learn how to match samples of a variety of foods to carefully chosen & delicious wines.

On our Food & Wine Evenings we also team up with local restaurants & chefs to bring you an evening of delicious wines matched with an exciting 3 or 4-course dinner. These evenings are more about relaxing with friends and enjoying an evening of great food matched with superb wines.
