About the venue

The Cowick Barton Pub is a 16th Century Grade 2 listed building. It has been a pub since the 1960's. In 2017, Business owner, landlord and Head Chef Luke Davies took over following a £350,000 refurbishment. Since then the pub has gone from strength to strength and has established itself as one of the most popular gastro-pubs in Exeter.

The building itself is in the classic E-shape of Tudor times and boasts many features of interest including stone mullioned windows, flagstone floors, inglenook fireplaces, local red stone porch, an ancient oak front door and beamed ceilings.

The building is less than a mile form the city centre, has a simple route to the M5 moterway and you'll find ample free parking.
